Ocean Pearl Hotel Phú Quốc, Phú Quốc

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms in block B, offering beautiful views of the mountains, were top class but faced issues like malfunctioning safe, air conditioning, and WiFi, making them noisy at times. The service was friendly but had some language barriers affecting communication quality. The location was central, close to restaurants and the beach but had some minor inconveniences. The dining options were average with some variability in food quality. The facilities were decent but could use some improvements.

The hotel had poor facilities and the location wasn't ideal, but we found it to be great value for money. Moving us to another twin bed room without knocking at 7 pm wasn't a great experience.

The hotel is a typical chain hotel room but has basic amenities like a safe, hairdryer, and TV right outside my room. The location is excellent, near the night market and the public beach, with easy access to taxis to the airport. However, the rooms look sad, with poor facilities and noisy surroundings, and the service had some intrusive moments. Overall, it offers good value for money with its convenient central location.
